Job summary

Natera is seeking a Product Manager III - LIMS to own the end-to-end product strategy and backlog for lab information management systems. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software product management, ideally in healthcare IT or biotech
• Experience with Agile software development and working with engineering and QA teams
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Experience building scalable enterprise software or business-critical systems
• Willingness to experiment hands-on with AI tools for quick proof-of-concept prototypes

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself with designers, engineers, product managers, and lab operations to develop elegant software solutions
• Develop the strategy and roadmap for your development teams
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs for backlog and gain buy-in for a prioritized roadmap
• Translate business, market and clinical requirements into executable product requirements
• Own and prioritize a feature backlog aligned with the roadmap
• Produce deliverables like flow diagrams, data models, prototypes, and AI sandbox prototypes
• Define success metrics for your product area and measure them
• Incorporate quality focus and work with QA for product/process improvements
• Evangelize product work and drive integration across the organization
