Job summary

Natera is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Manager to lead strategies that keep patients engaged with serial testing and to streamline the provider and patient experience across portals and EHR integrations.

You will collaborate with commercial, clinical, and engineering teams to ground decisions in data, drive the roadmap, and deliver clinically informed testing recommendations that adapt to each patient’s situation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital product management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch.
• Strong product and UX judgment and prioritization.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for keeping patients engaged in testing over time.
• Simplify ordering and scheduling to remove friction in the testing journey.
• Improve provider and patient experiences through portals and integrations.
• Partner across commercial, operations, clinical, and engineering teams with data-driven decisions.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and measure success.
