Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Senior Product Manager, LIMS, to define, design, and deliver our LIMS product for Veeva Quality applications used by the world’s largest life sciences companies. You will shape product strategy and translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with life sciences experts, technology teams, and customers to drive a robust product roadmap and successful launches in a regulated manufacturing landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software.
• Experience launching and growing B2B solutions in a regulated industry.
• Strong experience in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop short and long-term product roadmaps and plans.
• Experience interacting with customers, development, consulting, and sales teams.
• Strong technical skills to translate business requirements to design document for developers to understand.
• Strong communicator.
• Experience in building customer relationships and evangelizing product best practices.
• Comfortable presenting to both external and internal teams.
• Located in US or Canada, Eastern time zone or 1 hour offset.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and deliver the LIMS product for Veeva Quality applications.
• Design innovative product features for a new application that help customers manage changes in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology.
• Prioritize feature development based on strategic initiatives and customer requirements.
• Interact with customers, services, strategy, and sales to understand business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to drive high quality feature implementation.
• Be the product evangelist and a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
