Job summary

Natera, a global biotech company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Lab Operations Learning and Development to design and drive comprehensive L&D, leadership development, and succession planning across lab operations. You will build scalable programs, implement DiSC and Clifton Strengths, and partner with HR and lab leaders to align with business strategy.

The role requires 4–6 years in training design in biotech or labs, LMS management, and a track record of delivering high-volume programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4–6 years designing and delivering training in high-volume settings.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical laboratory environments.
• Proven ability to implement leadership development frameworks.
• Experience managing LMS in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes L&D strategies for leadership and management in lab operations.
• Sets learning framework aligned with HR timelines and business goals.
• Assesses needs and tracks effectiveness of L&D programs.
• Partners with HR on job architecture and career ladders.
• Manages L&D budget and vendor relationships.
• Defines metrics and reports ROI to senior leadership.
• Creates onboarding and internship programs.
• Facilitates DiSC and CliftonStrengths programs.
• Oversees LMS administration.
