Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 106-unit senior affordable housing community in the Fresno area.

The role requires LIHTC compliance knowledge, strong leadership, and a dedication to resident service while meeting federal, state, and local housing regulations. Key responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, budgets, and staff supervision, with emphasis on accurate reporting and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing LIHTC properties and senior housing.
• Knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with tenant certifications and recertifications.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, occupancy, rent collections, resident retention, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure ongoing LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, and other affordable housing program compliance.
• Process certifications, recertifications, verifications, and compliance reporting accurately and timely.
• Supervise onsite staff and foster a positive team environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners.
• Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate resident and operational records.
