Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager in San Francisco to oversee affordable housing development projects. You will lead funding applications, financial modeling, due diligence, and closings while coordinating lenders, contractors, and community stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 2+ years in affordable housing development or construction PM, with strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Affordable Housing Development & Finance: lead funding applications, financial modeling, due diligence, and closings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Project Execution & Oversight: manage construction-phase funding, track budgets/schedules, coordinate lenders, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: partner with community groups, consultants, and development teams; lead engagements and negotiate scopes/contracts.
• Pipeline & Financial Analysis: evaluate new development opportunities, perform feasibility analyses, support RFPs and bid reviews.
• Operations & Reporting: prepare reports and project documents; maintain organized files and track progress for leadership.
