Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead affordable housing developments with a strong LIHTC focus. The role covers the full lifecycle from pre-development to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Salient responsibilities include feasibility assessment, entitlements, financing coordination, design development, and close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affordable housing development

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of affordable housing developments, with a primary focus on LIHTC projects
• Oversee project feasibility, entitlements, financing coordination, design development, and construction
• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with finance teams on LIHTC applications, closings, and compliance requirements
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including local/state housing agencies and LIHTC compliance
• Support the acquisition and due diligence process as needed
