Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager for a 240-unit senior community in Citrus Heights, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and is full-time, non-exempt, with a competitive hourly salary of $28–$31 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate has on-site LIHTC property management experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. YARDI Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit; Section 42 property (LIHTC)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience with YARDI Voyager is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license from the state of residence
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with LIHTC and program requirements
• Ensures applications are completed within two weeks and recertifications are timely
• Handles multiple tasks while balancing quality and deadlines
• Posts resident rent payments and reviews aged receivables
• Responds to leasing inquiries and maintains a traffic activity database
• Develops marketing strategies and supports with review of community financials
