Qualifications

• Six (6) months on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit, Section 42 property (LIHTC).
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with LIHTC and other regulations.
• Process applications and resident recertifications timely.
• Post resident rent payments and review receivables.
• Assist with leasing inquiries and maintain traffic database.
