Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Community Manager for a 148-unit senior community in Concord, CA. The role supports the Community Manager in property operations, rent processing, and reporting, with a 20-hour workweek across three days.

Responsibilities include handling leasing inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations. A valid driver’s license and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit/Section 42 property.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience with LIHTC programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in daily property operations and reporting.
• Maintain rents, deposits, and monthly reports.
• Respond to leasing inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and manage waitlists.
