Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in on-site property management, with Tax Credit knowledge.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Routinely supervise on-site staff and ensure goal achievement.
• Maintain LIHTC and other regulatory compliance.
• Monitor marketing and leasing goals.
• Conduct property tours and report to owners/investors as required.
• Prepare monthly variance and collections reports.
