Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years asset management with at least 5 years in LIHTC.
• Strong understanding of real estate spreadsheets, audits and tax returns.
• Ability to prepare meaningful proformas.
• Strong understanding of capital accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• LIHTC knowledge and compliance experience.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, classify, quantify and mitigate risk.
• Monitor development phase through conversion and stabilization.
• Conduct site visits per risk classification.
• Prepare semi-annual Watched Asset Reports and present at meetings.
• Analyze and negotiate capital transactions including refinancings.
• Negotiate and work with Counsel on partnership amendments.
• Address waivers and compliance issues with GP partners.
• Review K-1s, tax returns and audits per policy.
• Prepare tax return and audit checklists for investments.
• Maintain data in CARMA and EDR and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain strong GP client relationships and deliver service.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally with internal partners.
