Qualifications

• 2-5 years of direct experience in real estate asset management, investment, or finance.
• Proven working knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
• Experience with assets in the New York City metro area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual asset management plans and budgets.
• Analyze portfolio performance for financial restructuring opportunities.
