The ideal candidate possesses 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, with a strong understanding of LIHTC programs, and holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $135,000.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of direct experience in real estate asset management, investment, or finance.
• Proven working knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
• Experience with assets in the New York City metro area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual asset management plans and budgets.
