Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Lifecycle Manager in the US to own the self-serve funnel for one fast-growing product. You will design the architecture, instrument the funnel, and run a continuous experimentation roadmap to compound gains and move trial users to paying customers.

You’ll partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to optimize activation, retention, and expansion, building programs in Iterable and aligning PLG and SLG motions. Strong data skills and SQL are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated lifecycle program building from 0 to 1 that drives activation, retention and LTV.
• Experience with PLG and SLG motions and handoffs between teams.
• Fluency in Salesforce data model and ability to self-serve on SFDC reports.

Responsibilities

• Build self-serve lifecycle funnel for one Rippling product in Iterable.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns: copy, targeting, content, enablement and measurement.
• Own upsell motion from converted users to multi-product expansion.
• Analyze performance across touchpoints with SQL/Snowflake and drive data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate between Marketing, Sales and MOps to avoid messaging conflicts.
