Job summary

Campana & Schott U.S. seeks Associate Vice President - Data & AI in New York to lead our Data & AI practice and guide AI-enabled consulting for Life Sciences clients. You will shape strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and drive transformative growth.

You will collaborate with global hubs, mentor data scientists and consultants, and help build our brand as an AI-first Life Sciences firm with international scope. Fluency in English, 8+ years of leadership in analytics preferred.

Qualifications

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Demonstrated leadership of technical teams of data scientists, ML engineers, or computer scientists.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality.
Analytical mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
Willingness and ability to travel for client delivery and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data & AI practice across the US, shaping strategic vision and client engagement.
Develop trusted partnerships with new and existing Life Sciences clients to drive AI-enabled transformations.
Steer interdisciplinary project teams end-to-end, including AI, data, and analytics initiatives.
Collaborate with Campana & Schott hubs in Europe to grow the US business.
Mentor and develop a growing team of data scientists, software engineers, and consultants.
