Job summary

Campana & Schott U.S. in New York seeks a Senior Consultant to lead change management for digital, data, AI, and operating model transformations. You will partner with client stakeholders, design communications and training, and facilitate workshops to drive user adoption.

We offer a competitive package with a salary range of $120,000 to $132,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits. Fluency in English, strong collaboration, and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• MBA, MSc or related degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience in management or technology consulting with life sciences.
• Familiar with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Ability to translate complex business, technical, or scientific concepts into clear messages.
• Strong interest in business transformations, project management, agile organizations, international collaboration.
• Experience leading project teams and client interactions.
• Experience in digital transformation, data, or technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of change management activities for digital, data, AI, and operating model transformations.
• Partner with client stakeholders and project teams to assess change impacts and readiness.
• Develop clear communications, training, and engagement materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and feedback sessions.
• Execute change, communications, and enablement plans to drive user adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to change interventions.
• Contribute to business development activities, thought leadership, and internal capability building.
