Job summary

ProPharma Group seeks a Senior Project Sourcing Specialist for a 6‑month FTC to build talent pipelines across Quality & Compliance, Regulatory Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, and Audit. The role supports the TA function and may involve candidates in the US, EU, JAPAC, or LATAM.

You will collaborate with ProPharma's recruitment team to engage passive candidates, use LinkedIn Recruiter, and work toward global pipeline development while maintaining strong independent work habits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting in a life science market.
• Experience recruiting Quality & Compliance positions (e.g., Validation Engineers, CMC, CSV, CQA).
• Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Previous experience with Workday ATS (desirable).
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for Quality & Compliance specialists (CQV, CSV, Validation, CMC).
• Support the wider TA group on ad-hoc pipelining across Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical & Audit.
• Engage with passive candidates to build relationships and pipelines.
• Develop global talent pipelines where demand exists.
• Engage with candidates to establish initial relationships with ProPharma.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines and engage passive talent.
