Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to support corporate roles, primarily remote in EST or CST. The six-month contract involves full-cycle recruiting, multi-channel sourcing, and close collaboration with clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate recruitment, knowledge of ATS, and strong stakeholder management. The role emphasizes high-touch candidate relationships, process excellence, and the ability to source for pharma or life sciences functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in corporate functions (A&F, IT, HR, Sales)
• Experience recruiting for pharma or life sciences is preferred
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 5+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 5+ years of ATS experience
• Experience developing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles and build talent pools
• Manage client relationships with timely, professional, and responsive communications
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and communicate strategies
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set recruitment process expectations
• Follow the client recruitment process for delivery
• Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates in shortlisting and presentations
• Maintain candidate relationships and clearly communicate opportunities and value propositions
