Job summary

Oracle Life Sciences Research Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead operational delivery for complex research consulting engagements. You will partner with the Evidence & Insights Leader to ensure successful customer outcomes across the full project lifecycle, balancing contractual commitments, governance, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, consulting, professional services, or Life Sciences research delivery.
• Demonstrated success managing complex consulting engagements throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while balancing customer priorities and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages an overall project plan (budget, structure, schedule, staffing) for Oracle engagements.
• Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan; drives implementation with motivation and direction.
• Oversees project governance, forecasting, resource planning, and financial performance; communicates with stakeholders.
• Advances Research Services PM capabilities by standardizing delivery processes, docs, and playbooks;Identify AI-enabled opportunities.
