Oracle Life Sciences seeks a senior Project Manager with 8+ years in clinical research, including RWE in CRO settings. The role emphasizes neurology and oncology expertise, client orientation, and strong communication to manage complex, multi-disciplinary studies.

You will oversee NIS projects, lead a cross-functional team, and collaborate with clients and RWE experts to generate new opportunities, while supporting staff development in a dynamic life sciences environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in science (biology, pharmacy, chemistry).
• 8+ years as a Project Manager in clinical research with experience in RWE in a CRO (mandatory), bio/pharma.
• Strong experiences in neurology (mandatory) and oncology.
• Client oriented with excellent understanding of client objectives and needs.
• Demonstrable client & project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills – able to distill issues and manage client expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the oversight of NIS complex projects and deliver in a timely manner and budget.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project profitability.
• Lead project team including Data Manager, Biostatistician, Medical Writer, Lead CRA.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and Real World Evidence experts to pursue new opportunities.
• Mentor staff and support professional development on assigned projects.
