Job summary

Oracle Life Sciences Research Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead operational delivery for complex life sciences consulting engagements. You will own execution, governance, and financial performance across the full project lifecycle in a highly matrixed global environment.

You will drive cross-functional coordination, manage risks, and advance continuous improvement and AI-enabled delivery capabilities to improve outcomes for customers and the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, consulting, professional services, or Life Sciences research delivery.
• Experience managing complex consulting engagements across the project lifecycle.
• Experience delivering projects within Life Sciences including research, clinical development, or real-world evidence.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, forecasting, profitability, budgeting, and expense management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong governance, risk, quality, and delivery methodology knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across time zones (NA/Europe).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage overall project plans (budget, structure, schedule, staffing).
• Monitor progress and changes against the plan and forecast.
• Drive implementation with motivation and direction in a matrixed setting.
• Oversee governance, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities to adopt AI-enabled capabilities and automation to improve delivery quality.
