Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Project Manager in the Consulting organization to coordinate clients, Oracle teams, and third-party vendors to deliver integrated software solutions. You will build practical delivery plans, keep stakeholders informed, resolve issues early, and guide the team through implementation and handoff with a focus on client satisfaction and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience delivering client-facing software implementation or consulting projects.
• Valid PMP certification from PMI.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and status reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across teams and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain status to clients and leaders.
• Proven ability to address delivery challenges and prioritize commitments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans for one or more Oracle engagements.
• Lead day-to-day delivery activities, set priorities, and provide direction to project team members.
• Work with clients to confirm objectives, responsibilities, timelines, acceptance criteria, and expectations.
• Coordinate work across Oracle teams, client teams, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor progress against the plan; identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution or escalation.
• Manage scope changes with assessment of schedule, cost, and resource impacts.
• Track project financials, resource needs, and forecasts; communicate variances and actions.
• Prepare clear status reports and lead project meetings highlighting accomplishments and blockers.
• Support testing, readiness, deployment, and transition activities; ensure owners and criteria are clear.
• Maintain project documentation and capture lessons learned.
