Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Life Sciences Project Delivery Manager to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives from deal through delivery. You will coordinate analytics, engineering, QA/QC, and delivery teams to ensure on-time, complete implementations of sponsored programs and data products.

You will lead requirements, documentation, risk management, and status reporting, while maintaining practical governance without added bureaucracy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex cross-functional healthcare data projects.
• Strong planning and status reporting using Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to document decisions, risks, and ownership clearly.
• Experience coordinating with sales, analytics, engineering, QA/QC, and Delivery & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Life Sciences solutioning projects from finalized sales through implementation and turnover.
• Maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, risks, issues, decisions, and status reporting.
