RecSeekers, in partnership with an international recruitment group, is seeking a Life Sciences Recruiter for a remote USA role. You’ll leverage an established Life Sciences brand and deep relationships across Pharma, Biotech and MedTech to drive high-value billings.

Expect a base salary of $100k–$110k+ DOE, with uncapped commission up to 50%, plus dedicated internal L&D and commercial support. Roles include permanent and contract opportunities, with autonomy to own and grow your specialist

• Proven recruiters with strong commercial evidence in Life Sciences recruitment.
• Ability to develop business and build relationships within a specialist market.
• Experience handling permanent and contract recruitment across Pharma, Biotech and MedTech is valuable.
