Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now including Project Management Advisors (PMA), is seeking a Project Manager to join our Life Sciences team in South San Francisco. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA, and focuses on leading smaller-scale life sciences projects and coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will oversee planning, budgets, schedules, documentation, and project delivery from early planning through completion, while supporting business

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and project controls.
• Understanding design and construction processes, including architectural drawings, engineering documents, bidding, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead life sciences projects from early-stage planning through completion.
• Serve as liaison between owners, design teams, contractors, brokers, and consultants.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, documentation, and project delivery.
• Provide regular updates to clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and other team members.
• Support PMA’s business development through networking and proposals.
