Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) is seeking a Project Manager in the South San Francisco area to lead life sciences projects and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

The role focuses on guiding projects from early planning through completion, maintaining budgets and schedules while ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives in a hybrid San Francisco setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Experience with life sciences facilities preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead life sciences project management initiatives from planning to completion.
• Serve as liaison between owners, design teams, contractors, consultants and clients.
• Review requirements, goals, and design solutions for owner objectives.
• Manage procurement for design, construction and consultant services.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts for design, construction, and consultants.
• Develop and monitor budgets and schedules; identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee development and review of drawings, specs and bid documents.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular client updates.
• Support PMA business development and client interviews.
