Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Life Sciences team, delivering complex MEPP and technology-driven projects for lab and mission-critical facilities.

This hybrid role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, and mentor junior staff, while maintaining design intent and project controls in a hybrid SF Bay Area

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an MEP/Technology affiliated role — development, real estate, design, construction, or project management.
• Experience supporting complex technology, infrastructure, mission-critical, laboratory, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, focused on MEPP and Technology (Controls, Automation, AV, Security, IT/Network etc.).
• Coordinate and manage design meetings and discussions with client, consultants, contractors, etc.; document discussions and track action items.
