Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, development, construction management, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience supporting the delivery of complex facilities or real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of design, construction, and project management processes.
• Experience supporting project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams throughout the planning, design, and construction process.
• Assist with coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with client objectives, schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
• Support development, monitoring, and maintenance of project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools.
• Assist with project cost, schedule, and risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and other project documents.
• Support procurement activities, including coordination of design, construction, and consultants.
• Assist with contract development, review, and administration.
• Participate in project meetings and document action items.
• Assist with changes to budgets and schedules; support value engineering.
