You will work with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines. The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, development, or construction management, ideally within life sciences or complex commercial real estate
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage successful projects and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes, including document review

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Manage planning, design, and construction activities for life science facilities
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools
