Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in life sciences. You will connect production, quality, lab, engineering and supply chain needs with deployable technology.

You will work with operators, engineers, quality teams, IT and OT, own deliverables, resolve issues, and translate shop-floor workflows into testable requirements. Travel expected; MES/LIMS/eDHRs experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems or related field.
• At least 3 years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation or related experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Experience creating requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, or deployment materials.
• Ability to work with both operational and technical delivery teams to investigate requirements and resolve issues.
• Ability to travel as needed; travel can range from 80-100%.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, interfaces, data, and pain points through observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Support design and implementation of MES, eDHRs, recipe and routing management, batch genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC and other platforms.
• Develop equipment and batch hierarchies and data-quality rules with specialists.
• Configure or prototype interface components and document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, track defects, and maintain traceability to requirements.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with validation and quality teams on GxP data integrity and computer validation.
• Contribute to analytics and AI use cases by assessing data quality and manufacturing context.
