EY seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations across MES, eDHR, LIMS, and OT systems. You will connect production, quality, laboratory, engineering, and supply chain needs with deployable technology and contribute across the delivery lifecycle.

You will work with operators, engineers, quality teams, IT and OT specialists, and data professionals.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
At least 3 years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related field.
Experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical-device environments.
Experience producing requirements, process maps, data mappings, interfaces, configurations, test scripts, or deployment materials.
Experience collaborating with both operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Ability to travel 80–100% as needed.

Mansioni

Assess workflows, user needs, interfaces, equipment data, and pain points through site observations and data review.
Document process flows, user stories, requirements, data mappings, interfaces, controls, and acceptance criteria.
Support design and implementation of MES, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and plant-performance reporting.
Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and asset-management platforms.
Develop equipment/batch hierarchies and data-quality rules with manufacturing and data teams.
Collaborate with architects on interfaces, APIs, and data movement between plant, edge, and enterprise.
Configure or prototype components and document design decisions for review.
Prepare and execute test scripts, record defects, and ensure traceability to requirements.
Support deployment readiness, user training, and handover with technical documentation.
Partner with quality/validation teams on GxP, data integrity, electronic records, change control, and CSV.
Contribute to analytics/AI use cases by assessing data quality and manufacturing context.
Communicate progress, risks, and next steps with client and engagement leads.
