Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in Life Sciences. You will connect production, quality, lab, and IT to deploy MES/MOM, eDHRs, and analytics, collaborating with operators, engineers, and data teams.

You will own technical deliverables across the lifecycle, from assessments to deployment readiness, with focus on data integrity, validation, and QA processes. Travel up to 80–100% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Experience delivering technical or functional artifacts (requirements, maps, specs, test scripts).
• Experience collaborating with both operators and technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, interfaces, data and pain points through observations and data review.
• Document processes, user stories, requirements, data mappings, interfaces and acceptance criteria.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eDHRs, batch management, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS/historians/SCADA/DCS and identify data gaps.
• Develop equipment and batch hierarchies, data-quality rules, and contextual datasets.
• Work with solution architects on interfaces, APIs, and data movement between plant and enterprise.
• Configure or prototype components and document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute functional/integration test scripts and manage defects.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear tech docs.
• Partner with quality/validation teams on GxP, data integrity, and computer system validation.
