EY seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in Life Sciences. You will connect production, quality, lab, and IT/OT teams, delivering across the full lifecycle from assessments to deployment and stabilization.

You will work with operators, engineers, quality teams, data specialists, and technology providers to translate shop-floor workflows into testable requirements and scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device environments and delivering technical artifacts (requirements, maps, data interfaces).
• Experience collaborating with operational and technical delivery teams to investigate requirements and implement solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed; travel can range from 80-100%.

Aufgaben

• Assess manufacturing and quality workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data pain points via site observations, interviews, and data review.
• Document processes, user stories, requirements, data mappings, interfaces, controls, and acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
• Support design and implementation of manufacturing execution, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace data across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and asset-management platforms; identify data gaps.
• Develop and review data hierarchies, mappings, and quality rules with manufacturing and data teams.
• Configure or prototype components; document decisions for review by leads.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, record defects, and ensure traceability between requirements and tests.
