EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations. You will connect production, quality, lab, and IT to deliver MES, eDHRs, and analytics across the plant and enterprise.

You will interact with operators, engineers, quality teams, IT, OT, and data specialists, owning technical deliverables and supporting validation, testing, and deployment activities in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related experience.
• Experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical device environments.
• Experience producing requirements, process maps, data mappings, or test scripts.
• Ability to collaborate with both operational and technical delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Assess workflows, user needs, system interfaces, data, and pain points through observations and interviews.
• Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital manufacturing.
• Support design and implementation of MES, eDHRs, recipe/routing management, and plant reporting.
• Trace data across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and asset systems.
• Define data quality rules and contextual datasets with manufacturing and data teams.
• Configure prototype components and document design decisions for review.
