EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to connect production, quality, and data across regulated plant environments. You will design, test, and deploy digital solutions for MES/MOM, eDHRs, and analytics, collaborating with operators, engineers, IT, and OT teams.

You will own deliverables, resolve issues, and translate shop-floor insights into testable requirements. Travel up to 100% may be required in a regulated setting.

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related fields.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Experience producing requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, or deployment materials.
• Experience collaborating with both operations and technical delivery teams.
• Ability to travel as needed; travel can range 80-100%.

Responsabilidades

• Assess workflows, user needs, system interfaces, equipment data, and pain points via site observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and interface requirements.
• Support design and implementation of MES, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC and identify gaps.
• Develop and review equipment and batch hierarchies and data-quality rules.
• Work with solution architects on interface specs and data movement between plant, edge, and enterprise.
• Configure or prototype solution components and document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts; maintain traceability to requirements.
• Support deployment readiness, training, hyper-care, and handover with technical docs.
• Coordinate with client quality and validation teams on GxP documentation and data integrity.
• Contribute to analytics and AI use cases by assessing data quality and manufacturing context.
• Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to client leads; coordinate tasks with juniors.
