Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations. You will connect manufacturing processes with analytics, industrial data, and AI-enabled workflows across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and QMS.

You will partner with operators, engineers, quality, IT and data specialists to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure compliance, data integrity, and deployment success across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
3+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related field.
Experience delivering technical artifacts (requirements, maps, specs, test scripts).
Ability to collaborate with both operators and technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Assess workflows, user needs, system interfaces, data points, and pain points through observations and interviews.
Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, and interface specs for digital manufacturing solutions.
Support design and implementation of MES, eDHRs, and related capabilities.
Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, and DCS/PLC.
Develop data-quality rules and contextualized datasets with manufacturing and data teams.
Configure or prototype components and document design decisions for review.
Prepare and execute test scripts, manage defects, and ensure traceability.
Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
Collaborate on GxP, data integrity, and validation documentation.
