Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biology or cold chain operations or cryogenic logistics.
• Experience with cold chain equipment design and integration, monitoring technologies, automation, or medical logistics.
• Experience with cold chain requirements for therapeutics or medical supplies or devices.
• Experience supporting and advising government leadership or federal research programs.
• Knowledge of CMC, including process development and quality by design for temperature‑sensitive products.
• Ability to manage budgets, technical milestones, and multidisciplinary research across multi‑site programs.
• Doctorate in Biological Sciences, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop reports on state of cutting‑edge supply chain logistics and cold chain infrastructure.
• Support strategy development and program execution for clinical supply chain initiatives.
• Evaluate conceptual and technical soundness of research programs in cold chain and medical logistics.
• Provide SME on cold chain equipment design, monitoring, automation, digital architecture, GDP, and advanced technologies.
• Interact with clients, government officials, and executives to align with objectives.
