RoslinCT is a world-leading cell and gene therapy CDMO advancing innovative therapies in Hopkinton, MA. The Logistics & Cold Chain Specialist will oversee cryogenic logistics, inventory management, and GMP warehouse operations to ensure product integrity and compliance across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with QA, QC, Manufacturing, and Facilities to drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in GMP logistics, cryogenic handling, and donor material workflows, with

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Life Sciences or related degree a plus.
• 5+ years GMP warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience.
• Cryogenic storage and cold-chain operations experience required.
• Strong GMP/GDP, data integrity and chain of custody knowledge.
• ERP/inventory management software experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cryogenic inventory and shipments with traceability.
• Coordinate cryogenic transfers between storage and manufacturing.
• Lead donor material receipts and COC/COI verifications.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, temperature control for shipments.
• Support GMP warehouse operations and documentation.
• Assist with deviations, CAPAs, change controls and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Logistics.
