Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics or manufacturing leadership in pharma.
• Experience with biologics and gene/cell therapy is strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred; strong global logistics network design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics for clinical/development and commercial shipments with real-time tracking.
• Oversee temperature-controlled shipments, 3PLs, carrier management, and import/export compliance.
• Manage LSP performance, contracts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with QA, clinical operations, CMO scheduling, and other stakeholders.
• Drive logistics network strategy for product launches and lifecycle management.
