You will own lab procurement strategy, equipment service management, deliverable reporting, and proposal coordination to accelerate the research pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing metrics, reports, documents, and executive-level briefings in support of senior leadership.
• 2+ years organizing, storing, retrieving, compiling, and analyzing data to respond to detailed information requests.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with decentralized team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to be creative and innovative with an improvement and process-based mindset.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment, adjust quickly to changing priorities, and make progress in areas with high ambiguity.
• Ability to manage office operations on-site.
• Ability to handle multiple modes, including email, presentation, and phone, during and after hours.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Biology, Chemistry, Bioproduction, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central operational, technical writing, and communications backbone for a high-tempo scientific branch.
• Own laboratory procurement strategy, equipment service management, deliverable reporting, and proposal coordination.
• Relieve Principal Investigators and senior scientists of operational bottlenecks and ensure continuous lab readiness.
• Provide clients with consistent quantitative and qualitative results through process improvement.
