Job summary

CBRE Facilities Sr. Manager in RTP, NC leads operations for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, overseeing utilities, automation, maintenance and CBRE Soft Services while ensuring adherence to GxP and regulatory requirements.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, coordinate repairs with vendors, and drive improvements across site operations, safety and quality, reporting to senior clients and CBRE project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GxP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs and financial performance for a region of GxP sites.
• Develop and approve annual operating budgets.
• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee recruiting and staff development.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Represent scope of services and performance to senior level clients.
