Job summary

CBRE Technical Supervisor role leads a team delivering preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation within a cGMP pharmaceutical facility in Concord, NC. You will coordinate with facilities, quality, and operations to ensure safe, compliant maintenance and reliable utility operations.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and expertise with CMMS and Microsoft Office to support process improvement and operational excellence aligned with CBRE's RISE values.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, documentation practices, and SOP compliance.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead maintenance activities safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to plan preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Forecast workload, prioritize tasks, and manage schedules within cGMP guidelines.
• Ensure documentation, logbooks, and equipment histories are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve priorities.
