Job summary

CBRE is seeking an FM Engineering Ops Manager to lead a technical and operational team on a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Concord, NC. You will guide Mechanical, Electrical, and Utilities staff, drive maintenance strategy, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive leadership and KPI performance.

The role requires supervising multiple supervisors, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in facilities or maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple supervisors and large crews
• Strong focus on KPI achievement and performance tracking
• Experience with regulatory records and client-facing relationships

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of CBRE for Facilities Maintenance to the client
• Manage the overall maintenance strategy for the site
• Supervise three maintenance supervisors overseeing a large crew (1.2M sq ft)
• Ensure site KPIs for the maintenance program are met
• Present to site leadership on performance and improvements
• Provide formal supervision, coaching, and candidate development
• Coordinate daily activities, schedule tasks, and cross-train staff
• Mentor staff and manage deadlines and staff development
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
• Oversee profits and losses for the department or division
• Develop goals and initiatives to direct department course
• Guide managers in implementing company initiatives and policies
• Evaluate processes to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure operations follow established procedures
• Maintain regulatory records and paperwork
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve team objectives
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues
