Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb in New Brunswick, NJ, seeks a Senior Manager, Facilities Site Operations to lead site facilities operations and manage outsourced and in-house services. You will guide budgeting, CAPEX planning, and ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery across the site.

This role requires extensive experience in facilities operations within life sciences, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support continuous improvement and energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in operations, maintenance, and service management of facilities.
• Experience procuring, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors.
• Broad knowledge of facility operations, engineering, and systems in life science lab.
• Ability to manage multi-site responsibilities and strong communication.
• Experience with budgeting, SAP transactions, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal customer interface for site facilities operations.
• Coordinate with IFM provider to meet customer/site needs.
• Maintain frequent contact with managers to coordinate operational decisions.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving within projects.
• Manage expenses and out-of-scope contracts for site operations.
• Support development and management of the site operating budget.
• Oversee site engineering for capital infrastructure projects.
• Ensure commissioning and turnover of capital projects.
