Job summary

Insight Global seeks a techno-functional Senior Data Management and Platform Lead for a Life Sciences client. You will partner with executives to drive strategic initiatives across a complex data ecosystem, focusing on data mastering, governance, and platform modernization across commercial, supply chain, and R&D domains.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution rather than hands-on data engineering.

Qualifications

10+ years of Data Management, MDM, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data experience
Experience leading large-scale data initiatives and cross-functional teams
Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise
Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or MedTech industry experience
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
People management and team leadership experience
Ability to build business cases and drive strategic initiatives
Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
Databricks experience
Experience with Reltio, Treasure Data, InRiver, or similar platforms
Product Information Management (PIM) experience
Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience
Consulting or enterprise transformation background
Commercial, Supply Chain, or R&D data domain experience

Responsibilities

Partner with executive stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives across enterprise data
