Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Life Sciences team, focusing on commercial insights, strategy, and data analytics. You will collaborate with Data, Advanced Analytics, and Technology Transformation teams to shape Life Science data services offerings.

You will lead analytics projects across market sizing, patient journey, provider profiling, forecasting, and KPI design, coordinating across multiple projects with minimal oversight. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4+ years in Life Sciences, management consulting, or data vendor roles.
• Advanced degree (MBA/PhD/PharmD/MD) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Access.
• Experience with data-driven decision support and forecasting is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to client sites in the US.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytics plans and actionable insights.
• Convey data insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage real-world datasets (claims, EMR, formulary, etc.) to address client problems.
• Lead data-driven engagements and shape new data solutions.
• Manage client engagements, develop reports, and support management.
