Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Life Sciences practice in the DC metro region. You will partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients to deliver data-driven solutions across product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory activities.

You will develop predictive models, analyze large health data sets, and build internal tools to speed delivery. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior relevant consulting or large pharma work.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development.
• Experience with large health data sets and modern analytics environments.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
• Ability to work independently within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory solutions.
• Develop and improve predictive models for outcomes, efficacy proxies, and forecasting.
• Build internal tools and automate workflows to accelerate delivery timelines.
• Document processes, train business users, and coach data engineers.
