Guidehouse is seeking a Life Sciences Senior Consultant in the United States to drive lifecycle activities across pharma, biotech, medical device and diagnostics clients. You will analyze data, conduct interviews, mentor juniors and deliver client-ready reports while traveling to sites as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years of life sciences consulting experience, a BS/BA in a related field, and solid proficiency with analytical tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years Life Sciences consulting experience; advanced degree may substitute.
• Minimum 1+ year commercialization/launch experience; oncology exposure required.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage projects, ownership of workstreams and mentoring others.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze scientific, clinical, financial and strategic information to assess business impact of new technologies.
• Conduct primary research interviews with clinicians, thought leaders, and executives.
• Manage and mentor junior staff; prepare client-ready reports and PowerPoint presentations.
