Guidehouse is seeking a Life Sciences strategy professional in the United States to collaborate with pharma, biotech and medical device clients. You will help deliver planning, pricing, reimbursement and commercialization strategies while navigating regulatory requirements and market access landscapes.

The role emphasizes client partnership, rigorous analysis and mentoring of junior staff, with travel to client sites across the US and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting or industry experience with pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Excellent communication to convey strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Subject matter expertise in Oncology, Data Analytics, Global Market Access or Commercial Strategy.
• 2+ years of project team leadership (workplans, staffing, deadlines, budget).
• Willingness to travel up to 20–25% across the US.
