Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across one or more commercial functions (field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, or ops).
• Minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting, professional services, or similar internal strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience leading a workstream and coaching junior team members.
• Strong client management, session facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and risk communication.
• Deep understanding of commercial workflows, governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience translating business needs into process designs and requirements.
• Ability to partner across operations, technology, analytics, AI, change, and training teams.
• Familiarity with CRM/Veeva/Salesforce and omnichannel platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/data-enabled transformation and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Activate commercial operating model changes across multiple life sciences functions.
• Translate strategy into future-state processes, business requirements, and adoption plans.
• Support technology-enabled transformation across CRM, omnichannel, and analytics platforms.
• Identify AI/copilots opportunities to improve productivity and decision making.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with business, technology, analytics, and change teams.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, sessions, risks, and next steps.
• Shape objectives into milestones, deliverables, and decision points.
• Drive value on programs by linking activities to KPIs and business outcomes.
